What Products can I return?
All products sold on Nampa Market can be returned.
What are the conditions for my return?
You have 24 hours to make a return request after your order has been delivered for Live animals. Already cut, frozen, or smoked products should be inspected at the point of delivery and returned immediately if not as requested, with these conditions:
- if the product(s) are not as requested/advertised
- if the product is damaged at arrival or defective in any way
Is there a deadline for me to initiate my return?
For live animals, returns must be initiated within 24 hours after delivery. For meat cuts including frozen, smoked, salted products, product must be returned at the point of delivery if not as ordered.
Do I have to pay for shipping charges when initiating a return?
No, you do not have to pay for shipping when you initiate a return, as long as it falls within our conditions.
Are there any conditions in which I will incur cost when initiating a return?
if the product delivered to you is as you ordered and you simply do not want it again, return charges will apply.
Do I have to return all Products in my order?
No, you can choose to return certain product(s) from your order
What happens when I initiate a return?
Already cut and processed meat products can be returned at the point of delivery. For live animals, return must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery after which we will schedule a pick up date with you within next two business days.
Can I return my products after the deadline for return is past?
Sorry, returns are not possible once the deadline is past. Deadline being:
- Within 24 hours of delivery for Live animals
- At point of delivery for already processed meat or fish. This includes cut, frozen or smoked products.
Do I have to return any free gift when I return my product?
Yes, any free gift must be returned with the product.
How and When do I get my Refund?
Once Product has been received and inspected to be in same condition as when delivered, refund process will begin with the following timelines:
- Cash Payments will be refunded within 2 business days.
- Mobile Money Payments will be refunded within 3 business days
- Card Payments will be refunded within 10 business days
- Bank Transfers will be refunded within 10 business days
